"Manufactured by JVC, Japan. Printed in Japan."
The US booklet merely says "PRINTED IN U.S.A."

This is exactly the same back inlay found with the silver paint disc variation.
On the reverse is printed "23774-2"

Sometimes this disc comes with US inserts. Look for a smooth-top jewel case.

Notes: This disc is quite hard to find, but not as hard as the silver paint disc version.
