The back page of the booklet reads "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany

This is the only rear tray insert to be found with this disc.
Printed on the reverse is "9 25186-2"

Notes: This target CD is somewhat hard to find.

Jewel case info: Earlier discs might possibly be found with smooth-top cases, but mine is
a heavy ridged-top six-tab two-dimple case with "401" embossed on one bottom tab.
"24" is embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center.
Eight-prong black tray embossed with "Patents pending 16"

It was manufactured at the PolyGram/PDO plant.

"MADE IN W. GERMANY BY PDO" is etched around the center hole.
Known suffixes: CG, CQ, CU
Exactly the same as above except for the "PDO" inscription.


Rear tray insert for the Columbia House issues.
"Made in U.S.A." and "Manufactured by Columbia House under license."
The record club did not cut corners on the booklet, as they sometimes do.
It is the same as the stock version, including foldouts.
The back page states "Made in U.S.A." and sports the W2-25186 catalog number.

"Made in West Germany" at 9 o'clock.

For distribution in Europe and elsewhere.
The front cover is the same as above, but the contents are inferior.
There are only 12 pages and no foldouts. Europeans got rooked!

"CDP 7 46064 2" is printed on the reverse.
