The MADE IN | | WEST GERMANY disc was issued in Japan as 38XP-33 with the addition of this gold sticker obi.
A Japanese language insert was probably included, but I don't have one to show you.

Notes: This disc is somewhat hard to find, but you should be able to locate
one without too much difficulty.
Note that this target disc contains the short (LP) versions of four songs. On later pressings
these four versions were replaced with the longer cassette versions. This West
German pressing, the Japanese target pressing, and a very hard to find US (non-target)
pressing are the only CD sources for these short versions.

Jewel case info: (03 # matrix) smooth-top frosted two-dimple, nothing is embossed on the back.
"11" is embossed on one tab and "41" is embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center.
