I am not aware of any back inlay variations.

This target disc was issued in Japan, with a sticker obi, as 32XP-53. This number only
appears on the obi. This is what it looks like with obi attached.
My copy contains the disc without BY POLYGRAM.

Notes: This target CD is uncommon, but can be found without too much difficulty.
A 2004 remaster brought a number of these old copies out of the woodwork.
