MADE IN U.S.A. | | BY DADC
Embossed in the plastic center is "Made in USA - Digital Audio Disc Corp."
Below the catalog number is "DIDY 002839" and "CRC"
Matrix number: "DIDX 002839-1" in a lasered font, followed by three connected circles, followed by
five connected circles. Opposite all this is a series of lines or bars resembling some sort of barcode.
An earlier pressing appears much the same except the work number is DIDY 2839. No picture yet.

Front cover of the eight-page booklet.
Page seven states "Made in U.S.A." and "E2 79026"

Rear tray insert says "Made in U.S.A. E2 79026" with barcode.
Below the Nonesuch logo is printed, "Manufactured by Columbia House under license."
Nothing is printed on the reverse.

Notes: This target CD is scarce, more so than most Nonesuch target discs.
Based on the matrix style, I am assuming that this disc was issued in the early 1990's,
much later than the usual "target" period.
