This disc looks nearly identical to the target issue except it lacks the
target design. There are spaces to accomodate the target. This disc actually pre-dates
the target disc, and this is known by collectors as a "pre-target" disc.
Judging from the matrix, this was issued circa 1983.
It comes with the same paper inserts as the target disc.
