Some copies come with a rear insert that has an extra line of black type

Jewel case info: standard double "fatboy" case with "DB-24" embossed on both front and
back portions, inside top or bottom center. No identifying marks on the center portion.
Eight-prong disc trays embossed "C3" and "D1" respectively.
