Front cover of the eight-page booklet.
There are three slightly different booklets available. One has a catalog number
of 250 008 on the back of the booklet and on the inside back cover, the copyright
and "Printed in West Germany" information is printed in the same custom font as the
rest of the page. The second variation has a catalog number "19129-2", with "Europe: 250 008"
underneath it on page eight. The inside back cover now has the copyright and "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany.
Printed in Weat Germany." info reset in a more standard font. The third variation has no catalog number on the back page,
and page seven now has the copyright info in the same custom font as the rest of the page, while "Europe: 250 008 19129-2
Printed in U.S.A." is in a bold standard sans serif font. The first variation is found with both the US and European
disc variations, while the second and third are only found with the US-distributed version.

Rear tray insert, "Printed in West Germany" without barcode.
All disc variations can be found with this tray insert.
On the reverse is printed "250 008"

Rear tray insert, "Printed in U.S.A." with barcode.
I have found the BY POLYGRAM disc version with this rear insert.
Nothing is printed on the reverse.

This disc (19129 version) was issued in Japan, as 38XP-3, with the addition of
this sticker obi. The Japanese target disc (w/250 008) was also issued with this obi.

Notes: This disc is somewhat scarce, plus it is in very high demand.
