This variation was issued in the U.S. with the normal WG paper inserts.
In Europe, it was issued with a booklet (n) that does not mention a country or
manufacturer, and the alternate rear tray insert below.
These are the only five disc variations that I am aware of.

Front cover of the eight-page booklet (m)
"Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany
Printed in West Germany 9 60268-2" is printed on page seven.

Rear tray insert, "Printed in West Germany" with barcode (x).
On the reverse is printed "9 60268-2"
Only known back cover for target pressings in the U.S.

Rear tray insert, "Manufactured in Germany by Record Service GmbH, Alsdorf" with barcode (y).
The PDO disc variation can be found with this tray inlay in later copies issued in Europe
Note the European cataog number. Thanks to Uli for this scan.

Disc variations (a) and (b) were issued in Japan, with a Japanese insert and obi, as 38XP-45.
This is what it looks like with the sticker obi attached.

Notes: This target CD is fairly common.

OTHER INTERESTING EARLY CD PRESSINGS OF THIS TITLE:

Asylum 9 60268-2
"MADE IN JAPAN        BY MATSUSHITA." at six o'clock.
"MANUFACTURED BY MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC IND. CO., LTD." embossed in the plastic center.
Matrix number: WA-60268
Notice the gaps in the perimeter lettering that could accomodate the target design.
Likely, this pressing was issued in 1984 or before.
The front cover is the same standard cover as the WG target issue.
The back cover states "Printed in Japan"

Rear tray insert "Printed in Japan by Matsushita" with barcode.
Nothing is printed on the reverse.
My copy comes in smooth frosted-top jewel case with two long stopper bars, a small "4" embossed on the back
and a large "4" embossed on one tab. Mine also has a twelve-prong disc tray embossed "Patent pending" and "9",
but I'm not sure this tray is original.
