on one tab and on the back portion, inside bottom center.
Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 5.3"
A yellow exclamation point sticker, with black and white printing, is affixed to the front of the case,
along with a price tag that says "116.75" in unknown currency. Is that francs? Lire?

on one tab and "KT 22" is embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center.
Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending W 1.4"
The stickers have been removed. ):

(type 2, "W" logo) heavy ridged six-tab two-dimple case with "W1.3" embossed
on one tab and "W1.4" embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center.
Eight-prong disc tray embossed "H1.7"
The front portion has a "W" logo embossed upon it. The yellow exclamation point sticker
is affixed to the front.

(type 3, IFPI 05Q1) sort-of-flimsy ridged six-tab two-short-stopper-bars case with "A 4.2" embossed
on one bottom tab and recycle 06 logo embossed on an upper tab.
"A 4.3" is embossed on the back portion, inside bottom far right.
Twelve-prong disc tray, sans Compact Disc logos, with no distinguishing features.
No stickers on front, either, which is a bummer as I bought this still sealed in 2010.
