I found disc variation (a) with this rear tray card.
I had to brighten the scan considerably to try to make the "Printed in West
Germany" stand out. In reality, the colors look more like the inlay below.

For the record, I found disc variations (b), (c) and (d) with this "9"-less tray card.

The PDO variation can also sometimes be found with "Alsdorf" paper inserts (z), not pictured.
