Front cover of the eight-page booklet.
Page seven states "Printed in Japan by Sanyo"
Rear tray insert "Printed in Japan by Sanyo" with barcode.
It is hard to read the back inlay due to the violet printing on a black background
so you will have to take my word that it really does say "Printed in Japan by Sanyo."
Nothing is printed on the reverse.
Only rear inlay known to contain this target disc. A Japanese-pressed non-target disc was
also issued with this same inlay so be sure to check the disc before purchasing!
Notes: This target CD is very uncommon, and will take some searching.
