This is the same back inlay used for the more common silver painted disc.

Notes: This disc is very very scarce. The silver painted disc (see separate entry)
is scarce, but this disc variation is even scarcer. Only a few copies have turned up thus far,
and most, if not all, seem to originate from Europe.

Jewel case info: smooth frosted two-dimple case with "22" embossed on one tab and "12" embossed on the
back portion, inside bottom center. Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 16"
