Front cover of the four-page booklet.
The back of the booklet says, "Manufactured by JVC, Japan. Printed in Japan."

Rear tray insert "Printed in Japan." without barcode.
On the reverse is printed "3075-2"

Rear tray insert, "Printed in U.S.A." with barcode.
Sometimes this disc can be found in this tray insert, but more often than not
a common US pressing will be found within. There is nothing printed on the reverse.

Notes: This disc is much easier to find than the West German equivalent.
Still not readily available, though. There is also a silver paint variation
of this disc (see separate entry) that is much scarcer.
