I found this disc variation with 6095 inserts in Los Angeles in 2009. I have no idea whether or not
it was issued this way, or if it was switched somewhere along the line.
This disc face can also be found with MADE IN W. GERMANY BY PDO etched around the center hole (g).

Even at this large size, it is hard to read the green lettering.
"6095-2" is printed on the reverse.
All target discs of this title distributed in the US will have this back cover.
This back inlay was also used for a West German pressed non-target disc,
so be sure to check the disc before buying.

After the target design was discontinued in the U. S., WEA continued to outsource
disc manufacturing to pressing plants worldwide,
until they opened their own plant in September 1986.

This one is exactly the same as above, except for the addition of the center etching.
Hopefully, you can see it in the scan.
The paper inserts for both of these non-target discs are exactly the same as
those issued with the target discs. These discs may have been issued in Europe
as well, but I don't have evidence that they were. The target design was in use
much longer in Europe than it was in the States.
These non-target discs are usually found with sturdy ridged-top six-tab two-dimple
jewel cases with eight-prong disc trays.
