Note there is nothing under the catalog number, which is now 03010-2.
These are the only two disc variations that I am aware of.

I have found both versions of this disc with this tray inlay.
"03010-2" is printed on the reverse.

I found the POLYGRAM version (3010) with this tray inlay. Yes, I know this is nitpicking.
Still, it can be a clue as to which disc variation you might find.
Notes: This disc is uncommon, but it can be found with a little patience.
Reportedly, this target disc contains a unique mastering, and high prices
have been realized on eBay lately.

"23" is embossed on one tab, and "14" is embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center.
