I am aware of four other minor variations:

(b) "MANUFACTURED BY CBS/SONY RECORDS, INC." DIDZ-10042 11B3
(c) "CSR COMPACT DISC" three times, DIDZ-10042 11B3
(d) "MANUFACTURED BY CBS/SONY RECORDS, INC." DIDZ-10042 31A3

Rear tray insert mentions no country, no barcode.
This one says "(DIDZ 10042)" under the catalog number. This tray card can be found
with the 11B3 (CSR) and both 31A3 pressings. There is nothing printed on the reverse.
