MADE IN || WEST GERMANY (no manufacturer on front)
These are the only two variations that I am aware of.

Front cover of the four-page booklet.
Page three reads "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany. Printed in West Germany."

Rear tray insert, "Printed in West Germany" with no barcode.
On the reverse is printed "3601-2 (256 950)"

The disc variation without POLYGRAM on the front was issued in Japan
as 38XP-48 with the addition of an obi and a Japanese insert.

Notes: This disc is fairly common, but auction prices tend to be inflated
due to competition with Prince fans.

Jewel case info: (with POLYGRAM) Eight-prong disc tray embossed with "Patents pending 4.2"

(with POLYGRAM [BH]) heavy ridged six-tab two-dimple case with "64" embossed on one tab and on
the back portion, inside bottom center. Eight-prong disc tray embossed with "Patents pending 12.4"
