This variation can be found with or without MADE IN W. GERMANY BY PDO
etched around the center hole.
These are the only three disc variations that I am aware of.

I found the disc variation with POLYGRAM on the front, and MADE IN W. GERMANY BY PDO
etched around the center hole, with this back tray inlay.

Notes: Like most Nonesuch target discs, this is quite scarce.

Jewel case info: (POLYGRAM) smooth frosted-top two-dimple, "24" embossed on one tab, and
"14" embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center. Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 15"
