Front cover of the six-page foldout booklet.
Page five reads "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany
Printed in West Germany"

Rear tray insert "Printed in West Germany" with barcode.
Only tray insert known to contain the West German target CD.
It is the same inlay that contains the US target disc as well.
On the reverse is printed "7 90160-2"

Notes: This target CD is fairly common, though the two variations with the PDO etching are more difficult.
