These are the only seven disc variations that I know of.

Front cover of the eight-page booklet.
Page seven states "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover,
Weat Germany
Printed in West Germany"

Rear tray insert "Printed in West Germany" with barcode, with "9" before
catalog number on wings.
I had to brighten the scan considerably to try to make the "Printed in West
Germany" stand out. In reality, the colors look more like the inlay below.

Rear tray insert "Printed in West Germany" with barcode, without "9" before catalog
number on wings. The catalog numbers are also different on the inside of the tray inlay.
For the record, I found the disc variation without (23607-2) under the catalog number,
and no BY POLYGRAM on the front of the disc, with the back inlay with the "9" on the wings,
while all other US disc variations were found with the inlays without the "9" on the wings.
Your results may vary.

Rear tray insert, "Printed in West Germany" with 256 952 catalog number. No barcode.
The international versions can be found with this back inlay.

Notes: This disc is uncommon, and will take some searching. The international
version is slightly harder to find.
