MADE IN WEST GERMANY BY POLYGRAM
No variations that I am aware of.
Matrix number: 7599 03546-2 2893 343 01
Later issues may have "KT" scratched in after the matrix number.

Front cover of the eight-page booklet.
Booklets that come with back inserts printed in West Germany will say, on page seven,
"Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany
Printed in West Germany." Booklets that come with back inserts printed in the US
will say, "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany
Printed in U.S.A."

Rear tray insert "Printed in West Germany" without barcode.
Printed on the reverse is "3546-2" over "Europe: 256 900"

Rear tray insert "Printed in U.S.A." without barcode.
There is nothing printed on the reverse.
This is less common than the West Germany insert, but check first and make sure there is target disc inside.

Notes: This disc is uncommon. Chances are, it will take some time to find it.
The good news is, the demand is low, and it probably won't cost very much when you find it.

Jewel case info: (West German inserts) smooth frosted two-dimple, nothing embossed on the back, "13" embossed on one tab,
"23" embossed at bottom center of the back portion. Eight-prong tray embossed with "Patents pending 31"

(USA inserts) smooth frosted, two long bars, "Patent pending D-2" embossed on the back, "D-1" embossed on
one tab. Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 34"
