This disc was only issued in North America as far as I know. This title was released

Although the front cover of the four-page booklet is exactly the same as the
target issue, at some point in the late 1980's, this title was reissued in the
"Special Price" (reduced price point) series with this extra die-cut wrap stapled around
the booklet. I found the 04 * POLYGRAM / PDO disc with this extra wrap.
