Only known back cover for this target CD. The text is cropped differently
than other pressings. It is hard to read on this scan, but it really does say
"Printed in West Germany" in the bottom right corner.
"2008-2" is printed on the reverse.

Notes: This disc used to appear rather regularly, but has become
somewhat scarce in recent years.
